As a recognition for one of the most conscientious classes (doctors) of our society, we constructed a modern residential complex named Shari Pzishkan. We sold this complex to Kurdistan Doctors Syndicate, Slemani Branch through long-term installments. It is built on an area of 57,400 m2. We began working on it in 2015 and finished it in 2017. We built it fast, but we did not ignore attention to detail. Therefore, it turned out to have a modern and solid design and quality.
This project, which has all services, consists of 15 residential blocks and one commercial block.
Shari Pzishkan contains 780 residential units, 208 of which have an area of 120 m2, and 572 units have an area of 150 m2. This project is located in Slemani, near Shorsh Hospital, and in front of the project is the 100 m St.

- Laminate flooring is used in bedrooms, guestrooms, and dining rooms with the highest quality Turkish brands.
- All of the units have LPG central gas system.
- 24/7 water and electricity.
- 24/7 hot water through installing electrical boilers.
- All of the rooms have heating and cooling systems.
- Fire alarm systems.
- Fire suppression systems according to the rules and regulations of Civil Protection Directorate.
- All units have their own storage rooms.
- There are two elevators installed in each block that are of the best Turkish brands.
- Sufficient parking lots for unit owners and their guests.
