Dania City 2 Villas project in Kirkuk is being conducted by Najmadin Company and supervised by a skilled group of engineers and designers in Iraq. This project is being built on an area of 76 Donums and it is divided into two zones. First zone, 147,500 m2 and contains 169 units with different areas. The second zone contains 10 towers, each of which has 80 apartments that amount to a total of 800 units. Green zones in the project take up 32% of the project.
