The beginning of every work is in the name of Allah, and we began in the name of Allah, and we shall continue that way. The wealth we currently possess comes with the responsibility of this world and the hereafter to serve humanity, our society, nation, city, and region with honesty. 50 years ago, my dear father, Haji Muhealddin Rashasur, started a business in a small store in this dear city. Praise be to Allah, and thanks to the advice of my father, Najmadin Group is a reliable and recognized name not only in Kurdistan and Iraq, but in the whole region.

My honorable father was not a businessman who seeks only wealth, instead, he has always tried to raise us to be conscientious and diligent in our business life. During the crisis in Kurdistan Region, he encouraged us to provide people with food, love our nation, and be there for our people during tough times to serve them and never let our nation down. The also encouraged us to try and rebuild it and help it grow. His motto was that wealth is for serving the nation. Thus, for this religious and humanitarian goal, serving our nation has always been the fuel to grow our business. Praise be to Allah, and thanks to the people of our nation that Najmadin Group has obtained trust throughout the region and continues to grow.

The story and history of Najmadin Group is correlated with life in Slemani, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, and the whole region. We now own a series of companies in different fields which include construction, food, travel and tourism, and agency for the global brands; Our goal is to introduce our nation to the world, and the world to our nation. Our projects have been of the highest quality based on global standards. Praise be to Allah, we have been the pioneers many times, such as in utilizing safety systems in Shatin Tunnel, being an agent of the global brand, Profilo which belongs to the well-known German Company, BSH, as well as being an agent of Santa Clara Company, and our most recent activity which is opening Dania Commercial Center.

In the beginning, we started off by importing the essential materials for citizens, and to grow the economy of our nation, we exported wool and hide. After the previous regime was overthrown and the political changes in Kurdistan Region and Iraq, which lead to more freedom and provided more opportunities and business flourished. Proudly, Najmadin Group took the lion’s share in this turning point. Now, Najmadin Group is a large investment community in Kurdistan Region and Iraq, especially, in the field of construction. We have the best cement and bricks factories and we have built many residential projects, malls, and building, such as: Dania Villas, Goizha City, Shari Pzishkan, Miran City, Dania City-Kirkuk, Dania City-Baghdad, and Najmadin City-Kut, as well as Kurdistan Mall, Ramada Five-Star Hotel, etc. We have also paid attention to the infrastructure and superstructure of our country; we built Slemani Vegetables and Fruits Wholesale and we have provided the best cooling machines. We have undertaken the provision of irrigation system and gardening for Hawari Shar Park which is the largest green zone of the city. We can proudly say that Najmadin Group is a name that is vouched for by the people, and this brings greater responsibilities for our works in the future.

As Najmadin, I have always seen cooperation as a key to my success.
